Online registration for ICP2007

The online registration procedure is handled by the German Chemical Society (GDCh) via a secured server.

Registration

All tickets and congress papers (incl. book of abstracts) will be given to the participants upon check-in at the registration desk. Participants are requested to wear their congress badges at all times for identification and admittance to the conference rooms. If you register online payment by credit card or direct debit (only with German bank account) is preferred.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer (free of bank commission) please do not forget to print the invoice at the end of your online-registration. Participants who send their registration form by mail or fax are requested to pay the fees after receiving the invoice to the following account (free of bank commission):

Participants who paid the complete invoice in advance are entitled to view all abstracts on the internet once the scientific programme is determined.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation made prior to June 30, 2007 will be subject to a EUR 40,- administration fee. After this date the invoice has to be paid in full, and requests for refund will not be accepted. Registration may, however, be transferred to another member of your organisation. In this case please send a note to German Chemical Society, Congress Department (tg@gdch.de). If the symposium is cancelled for whatever reason, fees paid will be refunded. Further recourse, however, is excluded.

The registration fees are not liable to the value added tax (tax exemption additional § 4 Nr. 22a UStG.)
